Neighbourloom is not monitored. It cannot call emergency services, file a safeguarding report, resolve a building issue or determine a legal right. Follow the current local procedure and use 111 in New Zealand for an immediate threat to life or property.

Everyday readiness

Auckland Emergency Management publishes current local-board and household planning resources. Use those resources with the people in your household; do not enter health conditions, medicine details or emergency contacts into this app.

Physical help

Ask before offering assistance and do not improvise lifting or clinical help. If a situation needs a qualified person, stop and find the current authorised contact.
